Shipping and Handling:

Surface Mail: add 7% of order total for shipping and handling. Minimun charge of USD $5.00 per order.  Air mail: add 30% of order total for shipping and handling. Minimun charge of $35.00.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico: add 20% of order total for shipping and handling. Minimum charge $20.00 per order.  Canadian customers please add appropriate GST.  Shipping to All Other Countries:  add 30% of order total for shipping and handling.  Minimum charge $35.00 per order.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or charge card credit. Books in salable condition may be returned with a copy of the original invoice or the original invoice information and a completed Return Form. (Please see "Printable Return Form" below.)

For textbook returns, there is a 20% limit on the return.  College bookstores can use the same return form as regular customers, and please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
